I pointed out it's illegal not to have that info ready, and she admitted knowing the law. But she still didn't have it because they only target SMS responders (spam). I requested she get the source of my info from her boss and call back; I missed it and she hasn't tried again. As a Discovery client, I'm escalating this directly - not pleased.
