During the last one, someone finally spoke up searching for Lindsoy Saunders, who isn't connected to our business at all. After I demanded they delete my contact, the guy rudely claimed ignorance of protocols, then promised to file a removal request. What garbage operation is VVM operating? Their front desk line (011) 329 8500 is totally useless!
