I just got a mtm call, they said it's from Summer Moble, gave another number 0212046600 – I'm going to cancel my upgrade with them, I don't trust them; they haven't upgraded or sent my phone yet, teh whole thing feels off.

The MTN line keeps getting on my nerves with constant interruptions.

For a second, since it's an 087 rather than 083, I thought it could be genuine, but no, just a seller pushing MTN upgrade or renewal. I ended it quickly.

MTN's third-party rep pressuring me into a contract upgrade. Insisted the offer was phone-only and I'd lose it without immediate confirmation. Turned hostile when I said I needed time and asked for a follow-up tomorrow.

It's unacceptable that they hang up when I say I'm not ready for an early upgrade; such behavior is highly unprofessional and leaves a sour impression after many years with MTN. Truly disappointing MTN.
