There's no way this is FNB, unless they're partnering with the Guptas. Got a call from here today. The accent, voice, and speech made it obvious this person lacks education and belongs on a disability for ignorance. He claimed to work for FNB. I directly asked if he was from FNB or an external center, given his strong 'Durban local' accent. He snapped back, 'I told you, I'm from First National Bank. Need me to spell it?' Definitely not FNB staff. Just some shady Durban call center worker. He got rude and pushy until I hung up. The frightening thing is they had the last four digits of my card and wanted to confirm if it matched. It's disgusting how these centers lower themselves, purchasing data and posing as reputable companies.
