Thanks to Truecaller and all the users who reported this scam, I was able to avoid falling victim by checking the comments and being informed
I registered my SIM card and linked it to my national identification number
Fortunately, True Caller automatically blocked the call, sparing me the disturbance I've been experiencing from this line.
