The call appeard to be a scam, a computer voice knew my name and asked for my DOB, so I immediatly hung up.

I recived a computer voice call, saying it was BCBS, they knew my name, and asked me to verify my identy, then asked for my DOB, so I just hung up.
Upon checking, the caller ID number 978-296-9522 and the number left on the voicemail, 844-244-5468, do not appear to be associated with Blue Cross Blue Shield online, despite the caller mentioning an in-house program and knowing my name.
A recorded message claimed to be from Blue Cross Louisiana, requesting verification of information, which raised suspicions and prompted the recipient to hang up.
Following similair experinces from Blue Cross, i also hung up and refused to provide my birthdate, its wierd how they got my name and cell number.
A suspicious call was received from an automated system claiming to be from Blue Cross, my insurer, but it seemed untrustworthy
The caller claimed to want to discuss options, addressing me by name, but when I returned the call from a different number, they requested I input the original number, at which point I ended the call
