Ekspertvurdering
If you get a call from +19592994800 claiming to be from Aetna, treat it with caution. Most users report the number being used for phishing or aggressive reminder scripts that ask for personal details like DOB, ZIP, or even a voice‑yes. Hang up if the caller can’t verify your account with official info you already have, and call the number on the back of your Aetna card to confirm. Never give out your insurance ID or payment info over a surprise call. Consider adding the number to your block list and reporting it to the FTC or your carrier’s spam‑filter service.

Terry, claiming to be from Aetna, left me two voicemails; however, when I contacted Aetna, they had no record of these calls.
Apparently, they claimed to be calling to welcome me to aetna medical and that they would call back later... somehow
A caller claiming to represent Aetna, identifying as Cindy, contradicted the Caller ID which showed Luann Clark, raising suspicions about the authenticity of the call.
The call center of Aetna is very annoying, they call every day from diferent numbers, and even if you block them, they keep calling.
Someone from Aetna called me, asking to discuss my benefits, they knew my name
Fortunately, I didn't answer the call and no message was left.
I've had a second conversation with an Aetna nurse using this number; they tend to call repeatedly until someone picks up and often call many times. I've interacted with two friendly representatives and think displaying caller ID would be helpful, which I fully support. Occasionally, callers may have speech difficulties due to disabilities, so businesses should be patient and not judge harshly.
The caller claimed to be from Aetna Medicare but didn't provide a name. The call started with a collection recording, followed by a conversation with an unidentified woman.
The caller lacked professionalism, mispronounced our name, and didn't have proper caller ID, which raises suspicions of a scam, especially since we've had similar experiences with fake Aetna calls, so I hung up and blocked the number
The caller ID showed a generic city and state, suggesting a scam, and when questioned, they claimed to call back the following week despite my proximity
Looks legitimate—a Aetna insurance agent calling about your membership; I keep them as secondary insurance, so answering is safe.
This number has been associated with scam calls allegedly from Atena in Hartford, CT
They left a voicemail asking for more informations, i called Aetna to verify and they said its a scam
The individual on the call was extremely rude, claiming to be calling from Aetna on a recorded line, which raised suspicions since it did not seem to be an official insurance number. I did not feel comfortable sharing any information.
I recieved 20 calls from this number in one day, claiming to be from Aetna in Hartford Connecticut, which doesnt make sence since I dont live there and havent contacted them.
The constant ringing of the phone is annoying and disruptive.
Since I don't know anyone by the name HARTFORD CT, I don't answer calls from this number, and legitimate businesses should not hide behind anonymous names
Aetna called regarding a previously mishandled claim, leaving a message with the resolution
After receiving a call from Aetna, I contacted them and was informed that it was part of a phone campaign for health reminders and surveys; they removed me from the list, which may take up to 30 days to take effect
This number has called for three consecutive days without leaving any messages, which raises suspicions.
They call me daily, leaved a message on how to opt out, didnt work, the person dont speak english, so its pretty irritating.
The caller doesn't leave a message, if this is a legitamate business, you would think they would leave a message explaining the purpose of the call, the fact that it came in as 'Hartford, CT' insted of a business name is suspisous and probaby a scam.
The situation is almost laughable
Yesterday, I recieved a phone call stating that my Aetna in the area I live would be no longer avaliable, although they own Conventry/Aetna, I hope this is legit, otherwise I will take action
Although the number was not recognized and not answered, a message was left from Aetna regarding a processed claim
This was another instance of an automated robocall.
It seems to be associated with Aetna Insurance, although the messages they leave are consistently unclear.
Worth noting, I recieved a legit call from Aetna, as I am a subscriber, and the man left a message requesting that I provide the name of my chosen Primary Care Physician
Aetna Medicare contacted me regarding a grievance I had filed, leaving a voicemail message.
