I just listend to the message again. She said her name was "Ruby" and the company name was Equifax Mortgage Solutions. Also, the first 2 times she called, the callerID said "Unavailable." The 3rd time she called, the caller ID said Equifax. That really clued me in to thinking this was a complete scam. And it was.
