In August, I paid $2500 and conducted extensive research, including checking the BBB rating for Delaware, which showed a B- rating with one resolved complaint regarding a robo-call. My initial contact, Elizabeth Bell, was professional and instilled confidence in the process, assuring me that I would have a case manager, Jeff Ross, to guide me through each step. However, after 90 days passed without any updates, I made repeated attempts to contact them and finally spoke with Andrew Jones, another case manager, who informed me about the progress and the requirements for grant spending.
