Recent patterns show a flood of calls from a firm identifying itself as Revenue Recovery Corporation, often claiming unpaid medical bills. Callers typically demand personal details without providing verifiable company information, which raises red flags. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you have the right to request written validation of any alleged debt and to dispute inaccurate claims. Hang up if the caller is aggressive, avoid sharing Social Security numbers or bank details, and consider placing the number on your do‑not‑call list or using call‑blocking tools. Document each interaction and, if harassment persists, report the activity to your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission.

Debts remain valid despite the passage of time, and there is no law that abolishes the obligation to pay them; the statute of limitations in each state only restricts the timeframe for lawsuits, not collection, except in Wisconsin and Mississippi where collection activity must also cease.
Majority of these collection agencies are trying to collect old debts that are no longer legally obligated to pay, they are basicly crooks trying to intimidating people into paying debt they dont owe, you alot of peoples needs a reality check
I recieve a call on my cell phone from this number, they leave a recorded message say they was a revenue collection agency, but i aint calling them back
Blowing a whistle into the phone gives me satisfaction, serving them a dose of their own disruption
The number provided is not relevant to the issue at hand
To combat unwanted calls, I've adopted a strategy of changing my voicemail to mimic a sheriff's office, which has proven effective in stopping calls after 30 days, and I've verified that this approach is not illegal.
Rang once and disconnected. No clue who it is. Seems harmless but annoying.
Looking forward to Bernie's office term
Until Bernie takes office, we will have to wait
Despite my repeated assurances that the person they're asking for doesn't live here, they continue to call; I owe no debt to this company or anyone else.
Repeated calls have been made to my household seeking a person who does not reside there, despite my assurances that the individual is not associated with my address.
As I was alredy holding my phone, I answered the call, said hello twice, but all I got was a click, and then the call ended, so I decieded to call back, but no one answered
The call was abruptly ended after I answered, prompting me to call back, but there was no response
Notably, this is a collection agency, I know the company well, I have a relative who works there, they're well known in medical bills locally and the collectors drive expensiv cars.
Apparently, this number belongs to a collection agency with a strong local presence in handling medical bills, and its employees are known to earn substantial commissions.
Upon answering a call from this number, the person posed numerous questions before addressing my inquiries, including the identity of the caller and the number they used, without having my name on file; I requested removal from their call list.
A call from this number led to a series of invasive questions before my own queries were addressed, including what number they called from and the type of phone number I was calling back from, clearly indicating they didn't have my information on file.
A call was made regarding my 13-year-old nephew, but the caller refused to disclose any information, leaving me perplexed and irritated
I got a call over my 13 old nephew, would not tell me what it is over no name.
this peoples are calling me from alot of numbers, i allways ignore and block them, but they dont give up, they called me again and said i owe them money, but i dont know what they talking about
This number is one of many used by callers who have been contacting the recipient repeatedly, with the most recent call being answered and resulting in a conversation with a woman named 'Brittany' who claimed the recipient owed a significant amount of money, but could not provide any details about the debt.
I appresheate your coment!
I completly agree with your statment, THANK YOU!
Within a short span of 6 minutes, this number called my cell phone three times, but the caller's message was unintelligible, prompting me to request they send information to my home address instead of discussing it over the phone.
Three calls within minutes from this number could not be understood, and the callers were advised to send information to my home address instead.
After recieving a call from this number, the caller id displayed "TOLL FREE CALLE", i never answer calls unless i can clearly see whos calling, most debt collectors are just scam artists trying to steal peoples money, if you really owed a debt, you would recieve a bill in the mail first, dont you think?
These unwanted calls are not only annoying but also a significant waste of time, and it's frustrating to deal with them.
The voicemail received from this number consisted only of computer beeps
I have been receiving calls from this number, as well as 877-297-3156, with no clear indication of who they are trying to reach, potentially using fabricated numbers.
