Expert Opinion
The number +1‑888‑544‑2715 shows up a lot in CPAP‑related calls. Most users say it’s a regular medical‑supply check‑in for their breathing equipment, and many actually allow the call because they get monthly deliveries. That said, the line can sound like a generic robocall, and a few people have flagged it as a scam after hearing requests for Social Security info. If you’re a CPAP user, confirm the caller’s name (e.g., Lincare) before sharing any personal data. Hang up on any request for payment or SSN, and add the number to your block list if you’re not expecting a supply call.
