Interestingly, the confirmation email from my dispute listed a contact number, 888-489-8452, which has left me perplexed.
I can confirm that this number is legitimate, as it was provided to me by Chase for the purpose of disputing a charge on my card.
Apparently, somebody claiming to represent Chase contacted me, despite calling a number that Chase shouldn't have had, and when I contacted Chase's main line, they knew nothing about the call.
Instead of responding to the call, it's recommended to contact Chase directly.
It's a well known fact that Chase Bank never contacts customers through calls, so 888-489-8452 is definatly a FRAUD
Although the caller claimed to be from Chase regarding a dispute, I am uncertain about the legitimacy of the call, especially since they had my work number, which is not on file with Chase.

It's obviously a CHASE number, I had disputed a charge and they called me from 224-699-6000, then provided 888-489-8452 as a callback number, wich I called and confimed it was indeed CHASE.
I appreciate the opportunity to resolve an issue with my CHASE card and plan to return the call to discuss the charge in question.
