I got a call on my cell phone, but no message was left

Upon returning the call from my landline, I was greeted by a recorded message claiming to be from Experian, promptly requesting my social security number, a request I found quite suspicious.

I had a similar experience, a call from a number that said Toll Free, 888-397-3742, and it led me to this website, I've paid off all my debts, dont need any new ones.
