When they called to ask about continuning my dispute with kohls, i told them i never had one, i had bought a pair of sneakers from kohl and returned them and got a credit, so i asked them to cancels the dispute, then i questioned if it was a scam, they said it wasnt, but i didnt belive them

At 9:30 PM, when my ringer was off, this scammer called and woke up two disabled seniors.

Somebody with a heavy Indian accent, claiming to be from J.P. Morgan Chase, tried to scam me by asking for my zip code, I refised and they hung up

Instead of answering a call from Chase, you should initiate the call yourself using the number on the back of your card, they can verify if the call is legit.

A voicemail was left claiming there was a Chase branch reconciliation issue, but the message was garbled and the guy had a thick accent, so i called the real Chase number and they said it was a fake call

Obviously a scam, chased customers usualy get email notifications, dont call back or you will be in trouble

After calling my bank to verify this number, they informeed me that it was a fraudulent one.

The sound quality was extremely poor, possibly due to a speakerphone, and the caller had to repeat themselves multiple times, claiming I had applied for a credit card, which I had done just prior, and they attempted to send a confirmation code, but I declined, and they quickly ended the call, seeming like a potential scam.
