At 9:30 PM, when my ringer was off, this scammer called and woke up two disabled seniors.

Somebody with a heavy Indian accent, claiming to be from J.P. Morgan Chase, tried to scam me by asking for my zip code, I refised and they hung up

A scammer identifying as "Brittany" requested my personal information, then hung up when questioned; Chase bank's fraud department confirmed the number as fraudulent

Instead of answering a call from Chase, you should initiate the call yourself using the number on the back of your card, they can verify if the call is legit.

A voicemail was left claiming there was a Chase branch reconciliation issue, but the message was garbled and the guy had a thick accent, so i called the real Chase number and they said it was a fake call

Obviously a scam, chased customers usualy get email notifications, dont call back or you will be in trouble

Numbers 8883731969 and 8002788830, which were mentioned in a call and a subsequent message, are not affiliated with Chase.
