A lady, who claimed to be ex chase employee, called me, trying to convince me to ajust my credit limit, but i knew it was a scam because chase usualy send a secured message or let you know to call the number on the back of your card, so i asked her to give me her full name and the call center number and to conect me to her supervisor, and i told her i was recording the call, she didnt like that
