Expertenmeinung
Like a persistent doorbell that never stops ringing, the calls from 1‑888‑344‑1271 feel like unwanted sales pitches, but they often hide a debt‑collection angle. Callers repeatedly demand Social Security numbers, birth dates, or personal details without clear verification. Never share sensitive info unless you’ve confirmed the agency’s legitimacy through a written notice or official website. Use your phone’s block feature, report the number to the FTC, and consider a third‑party call‑filtering app. If the call claims to be about a debt you don’t recognize, request a written validation within 5 days. Stay skeptical and protect your data.
