The calls made by +18779926049 are likely scams, attempting to trick recipients into responding or taking action. The threats of escalating matters and classifying as "failure to comply" are common tactics used by scammers to create a sense of urgency. The caller, claiming to be "Andrew" from a vaguely described "delivery department," is trying to obscure their true identity and purpose. The repeated calls and messages from this number, despite some recipients being on a no-call list, suggest a blatant disregard for regulations and a focus on exploiting unsuspecting individuals.

I appreciate the information; I've been receiving numerous messages from that number back to back.
A guy claiming to be Andrew from the delivery department, left a voicemail, regarding a sealed document, that needs to be delivered in person, if i don't respond, it will be escalated, i'm not sure what to make of it, posible scam
Somebody named Andrew from the delivery department at document procedures called me regarding a sealed document, he said it will be delivered by an in-person agent, but I dont think thats true, he didnt want to identify the agency, and I think thats becuse there isnt a legitimate company behind this
Clearly a scam, as the company fails to identify itself and instead provides vague details about delivering papers, then directs you to call another number.
The constant daily calls are not only annoying but also suggest that the caller should focus on finding a legitimate job.
If nobody answers does that mean its a scam, i always thought they had to say somthing
It appears to be a scam since no one responds.
Multiple calls were received from someone named Andrew, using different 877 numbers but always leaving the same voicemail message.
Andrew's message was identical, and it is clearly a scam.
Providing detailed information about such calls is invaluable for creating helpful posts, unlike some entries that lack substance and therefore do not contribute to solving the issue at hand.
A person claiming to be Andrew from the document delivery department made contact, purportedly in connection with some official business.
