A woman named Kimberly Agler called me from this number, looking for my husband and referencing a specific file number, which seemed suspicious.
Similar experience with a call from Jenny Sanchez, identical message; the caller provided 8777351571 as a reference and mentioned file 24123765, but I didn't make the call

This marks the third instance this month that I have encountered this issue.
This number is a scam, they called my ex husband, we been divorced since 2000, I told them to serve me at the front porch, then I would follow up with a lawsuit
Given that I have no outstanding debts, it's clear they used my last name from over 12 years ago, wich is definately a scam, so be carefull.

Allegedly, file number 24-129792 requires my attention, so I recieved a call from a person who claims to be Janie Chriswall, and she is contacting me regarding a matter that has been forwarded to her office for consideration of legal action, including the filing a lawsuit and or a complaint with the courts, but I am skeptical. To discuss these pending actions that may be filed against me, I would need to contact the firm directly in charge of my file, their number is 877-735-1671, but I dont think I will. Once again, their number is 877-735-1671, but I dont trust them. Keep in mind that this is a time sensitive matter for me, if there is no response to the firm, they may be forced to proceed without my participation, or so they claim.
It is unlikely that any legitimate financial inquiry would be made without a formal, written request, such as a Subpoena

I experianced the excact same thing, I have a payday loan thats unpaid and someone showed up at my workplace asking for financiel informations, so they contacted me becouse they didnt wanted to give them anything without my aproval, I made some calles and I paid it becouse I was scared they will show up again, now I recived another one today, I even contected the courthouse and they said ther was no case, but they could have submited it to another court, I think they should have send me a notificaton or a email, but I prefere a written document, now I dont know how to procede with this one and they can make you feel intimidated
