Apparently, these scammers have been contacting my son and even my late father's phone, claiming that a mail package is on its way within 30 days. After verifying with the courthouse and checking my credit report, it turned out to be a scam. Scams like this are particularly egregious, especially during difficult times when people are struggling financially. It's high time for these scammers to find legitimate employment.

Expert Opinion
Based on the comments, it appears that the caller with the phone number +18773931508 is likely a scam artist trying to collect debts that are probably invalid or expired. The caller is using tactics such as threatening lawsuits and claiming that the recipient has a credit card in default, which is causing concern and suspicion among the recipients. The fact that multiple recipients have checked their credit reports and found no evidence of the alleged debt, and that one recipient even contacted the courthouse where the supposed civil case is being filed and found no record of it, further supports the notion that this is a scam. The caller's methods are causing frustration and anxiety among the recipients, especially during difficult financial times.
