It's clear that the caller, often identified as "Jeffrey," is part of a widespread scam operation. These scammers pose as process servers, claiming they have sealed documents that need your signature. They use your personal information, like your maiden name or the last four digits of your Social Security number, to make the call seem more credible. However, process servers don't call ahead to warn you, and they certainly don't threaten to "stalk" you. If you receive such a call, do not give them any information or call back. Block the number and report it to the FTC. Stay vigilant and never share personal details with unknown callers.
They try to creat a sense of urgency by telling you they have a fax document, or a complaint, and that they are a process server, but it's all a ruse to get you to call another number.
Somebody left a message on my work voicemail, he claimes his name is Jeffrey and he has importint documents for me. Sounds totaly legit... NOT!
