Over the course of two months, numerous voicemails have been received, yet no 'uniformed officer' has arrived to serve papers, making the urgency claimed in the messages seem insincere, prompting the decision to document all voicemails and submit them as a complaint to the Minnesota Attorney General.

This caller, often identified as Sarah or Kevin, is likely from a scam collection agency posing as a legal entity or process server. They use intimidation and false threats, such as claiming to be from the sheriff's office or that a uniformed officer will arrest you if you don't pay. They may also contact your HR or family members, which is a violation of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). If you receive these calls, do not provide any personal information or make payments. Instead, document the calls, report them to your state's attorney general, and consider consulting a lawyer. Banding together with others who have experienced this can help in taking legal action.

In the script, there's a part where Sarah lies, she's really carefull with her words.
It appears this individual is part of a larger scam, posting fake complaints and testimonials to deceive others, a tactic that includes dismissing genuine complaints as mere sour grapes.
I am being harassed by repeated calls, including one from a person named Sarah Walker, who made threatening statements but never followed through
I experienced a similar incident, where the caller claimed to be part of a legal complaint division, but when questioned further, they placed me on hold, leading me to terminate the call
My dad received a call from this number, and the caller claimed to be from the sheriff's department, threatening to send a cop to arrest me if I didn't pay a debt.
This entity contacted with misleading information, threatening to send a uniformed officer if a call was not returned within a specified timeframe, which proved to be false, and was also in violation of FDCPA regulations

A relative of mine received a call from someone claiming to be Kevin Johnson from the Process Server office, which prompted me to investigate further. I spoke with a document filer who alleged that I had an unpaid credit card debt, and they demanded a settlement of $1,700 to avoid court and attorney fees. After making a payment of nearly $940 over the phone, I began to suspect that I had fallen victim to a scam. However, upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered that the debt had indeed been paid, and my credit score had increased accordingly.
It seems they aquired my cell number through a debt they purchsed, and although they appear to be legit, their methods are questionable and possibily illegitamate.
The message conveyed was highly aggressive and unprofessional, with a clear intent to intimidate or harass.
I received a call on my cell phone stating that I had two hours to respond or face a visit to the sheriff's office. However, they didn't specify what it was regarding, and I'm unsure how they obtained my cell number since I don't share it.
Today, I will also be taking the last step, which can be found through this link.
To all who is recieving this kind of harresment, we should band together and fight, first step is to contact your Attorney General and make a formal complaint, i have allready done this
A similar experience was reported, with a disputed surcharge and threats of arrest, which is a clear violation of credit and collection laws.
After doing a reverse number search, it appears they are using a disposable phone, and it's hard to find their company info, but I'll keep researching and report back to the Attroney General's office.
I had a similar experience where they claimed Capitol One was suing me, but I saw through their scam and reported it to my HR manager.
My HR manager at work recieved a call from this number and passed on the message to me, thats all i know
