My daughter initially received a call, and after a bold response from her, they then proceeded to contact me instead.

A call was received from an individual claiming to be Anne on 8/1/2024, but process servers typically do not provide advance notice.

A call was received regarding an auto loan from 1998, which is no longer valid, and the caller requested $3000, claiming it would settle the debt.

Repeated calls are being received from Austin, with an official tone but no acknowledgement of the calls.

A process server, introducing himself as Austin, threatened escalation if a callback wasn't made, emphasizing the need for me to be available at home or work

The voicemail threatened escalation if I didn't call back, claiming they needed to serve me papers at home or work, which seems like a blatant scam.

I recived a call from Austin, and they asked for someone, but they had the wrong person, and I dont think they will actualy remove my number from thier list.

A call was received on my cell phone from someone claiming to be a process server, stating that if I did not contact them, the matter would be escalated

This is clearly a scam
