I had a similar experience, receiving multiple texts from 856-263-2775 about a debt collection issue with MRS Assoc regarding a Spectrum account, and was instructed to call 866-809-1062, but after verifying with Spectrum, it was confirmed that my account was closed and all matters were settled.
