A call was made to my husband's cell phone, and the caller used our names incorrectly, claiming to be from Radius Global Solutions, a collections agency, when I investigated further.

This is Northland Group, a debt collector, you dont have to give them your name, just tell them to remove your number and report the call to the Do Not Call Registry

This number is linked to a bill collector known as The Northland Group, which operates under a series of numbers including 866-648-XXXX

Given that they hung up and one of our employees is rarely in the office, it's likely they are trying to reach someone who is not available to take their calls.

Despite my reqest to cease calling, they persist in contacting me.

After recieving a call from this number, I tried to call back, but it was automated and I was put on hold, eventully I found the associated website and was able to get a new number, which I called and sucessfully had my number removed, they were looking for someone else, and the lady removed my number without question, it was a late stage collection company, appearently.

This debt collection company has been contacting me about an individual, but the list seems to be outdated, as I've received calls about this person for over a year. It appears that the company is not updating their information efficiently.

It's apparent that this is a collection agency, and I've taken measures to send all toll-free numbers directly to voicemail to avoid such calls

Daily calls continue, inquiring about Alfredo Herrera, who sadly passed away last March, with the caller even requesting to leave a message for him after being informed of his demise.

Stopping these calls can be challenging, and it's unclear what methods are effective in preventing further contact.
