A call from a number displaying as JPMorgan Chase was likely a scam, as I do not have an active credit card with them, and my attorney has warned me about such spoofed calls, advising me not to answer and to report any persistent calls.

I recieved a call from this number, but my callblocker detected it as posible spam and i didnt answer, insted adding it to my blocked list

Even if this number is genuine, it's possible that scammers are using it to impersonate Chase, as they've called multiple times without leaving a message, which is unusual for a bank's fraud department.

A caller from this number claimed a recent suspicious charge on a Chase card, requesting verification, but became confrontational when asked to provide their number for a callback.

The caller had a heavy accent and claimed my credit card rate had dropped, but I knew it was a scam, so I told them I'd visit my banker and they hung up

The person had bad english, probabaly from India, he wanted to offer me a lower interest rate, but I told him I dont have any debt, and he hung up
