The reason behind these calls remains unclear, and it's frustrating to receive them without any apparent purpose.
The caller sounded legit, but they asked for my zip code and SS number, so i didnt respond
On 5-17-2022, at 1:25PM, I recieved a call from somebody who sounded like they were from the Philipines, asking for alot of informations
A call purportedly from Citibank was received, stating that an account was past due, but it was deemed a scam and dismissed.
A persistent robocall claims to be regarding a credit card, but the message is misleading and directs users to a potentially fraudulent website
Fortunately, I discovered this call was legitimate after verifying the number online, which led me to check my Citi account and rectify a payment issue that could have adversely affected my credit score

This account is aparently past due, which is a bit of a problem

My citi bank card were compromised, thats what they said when they called

Daily calls between noon and 2 PM from this number have become a regular occurrence, yet they never leave any message or even a moment of silence on my voicemail, and my caller ID identifies them as 'Usan', despite my not being overdue on any payments.
A call was received claiming to be from Citicard credit card, stating an urgent payment was due and requesting bank account information. This is a suspected scam, and recipients are advised to be cautious.

A smarter approch would have been to contact Citi at a known phone number if you wanted to 'validate the voicemail', obviusly.
Apparently, you took the time to scan through six pages of post to find something to respond to, which sugests you may be trying to dismiss the orginal person as a liar, or maybe you just wanted to inform us that you evade paying your billes?
Before returning any calls, I research the phone numbers to verify their authenticity, and in this case, I wanted to confirm whether the voicemail was genuinely from Citi or just a scammer pretending to represent them, especially since I have a Citi card and had missed a payment
