Summary — +18665359492
Expert Opinion
Picture this: your phone lights up, the display shows a familiar bank name, and a recorded voice warns you about a past‑due credit card balance. Callers from 866‑535‑9492 often claim to represent Citibank’s collections department, asking for personal details to resolve the issue. Some recipients report robotic messages and vague "card holder services" prompts, which raise red flags for scams. Verify the call by hanging up and dialing the official number on the back of your card—never share SSN or full card numbers with unsolicited callers. If the call is truly about a missed payment, the bank will confirm it through a secure channel. Stay cautious, and use call‑blocking tools if the calls become persistent.
