On 5-17-2022, at 1:25PM, I recieved a call from somebody who sounded like they were from the Philipines, asking for alot of informations

Apparently, you took the time to scan through six pages of post to find something to respond to, which sugests you may be trying to dismiss the orginal person as a liar, or maybe you just wanted to inform us that you evade paying your billes?
Before returning any calls, I research the phone numbers to verify their authenticity, and in this case, I wanted to confirm whether the voicemail was genuinely from Citi or just a scammer pretending to represent them, especially since I have a Citi card and had missed a payment
