The individual who contacted me claimed to be from EarthLink, which is false. This person repeatedly called me, asking to update my credit card information, citing that the previous charges were unsuccessful.
The recipient received five calls in one day, and two days prior, they answered a call from someone who claimed to be from India. The caller refused to disclose the purpose of the call, prompting the recipient to demand that they stop calling. The caller remained uncooperative, and the call was terminated.
It's helpful to identify the source of these calls; there were five calls in one day, starting early on a Sunday, with the caller hanging up and calling back immediately, which seems like an ineffective strategy.
Since failing to update my Earthlink account, I've been subject to relentless harassment, with calls pouring in all day, prompting a urgent need to block them.
Apparently, Earthlink is struggling to effectively communicate their intention to update billing information, as evidenced by their repeated calls to an outdated landline that has been converted to a cell phone no longer associated with the account.
Daily robocalls from this number, often five or six times, are extremely annoying and disrupting.
My cell phone is frequently hit with calls from this number at intervals of approximately 2 to 4 hours, and since I've blocked the number, I only received a text once at the beginning, stating 'Not answering your phone now'.

This number has called me several times, never leaving a message, i finaly answered the last call, said hello, the caller replied hello, i said hello again and the caller disconnected, i think my first hello switched the call to a human, but my second hello didnt match what they wanted, so they hung up, i recomend you dont ansver and block the caller.
