The caller claimed to be from a legal carrier service, stating that several complaints had been filed and threatened to initiate legal proceedings if not contacted back.

They left a voicemail, claiming to be from an 866 number, saying they've tryed to call me several times, its a pending investiation, totaly bogus, alot of spam
