Upon receiving a call from Covent Gardens, purportedly representing Optimum Advanced Tech Support, it became apparent they possessed sensitive information regarding an upcoming tech visit. Despite blocking this number previously due to their deceptive tactics, they have attempted to call me three times, fortunately, all calls were blocked as I have a scheduled tech visit tomorrow
I've been getting multiple calls and voicemails from this number, claiming to be from suddenlink about an internet issue I reported; however, I had actualy reported a security issue and scheduled a tech visit, the caller had a poor accent and I confronted him about the Time Warner caller ID, but he didnt admit to being a scammer, so I told him to stop calling and reported the call as a scam.
Apparently, this number now belongs to Altice's customer service, but the representative's thick accent made the conversation unintelligible, leading to an abrupt hang-up when the language barrier was acknowledged.

A similar scam was experienced, where a recorded message was played, attempting to deceive me into calling back with the promise of resolving issues related to an upcoming cable technician visit, without disclosing their identity or the cable company's name.
This number keep calling me, and i always send it to voice mail, but they never leave a message, and according to other info, its supposed to be Time Warner Tech Support, but i dont have Time Warner, so i dont know why they call me.

During a call from this number, the representative claimed to be from TWC technical support, but after verifying with TWC, it was confirmed that this is not a legitimate number; as a result, I will be ignoring any future calls from this number.
The representatives from this number have been calling incessantly, claiming to be resolving our cable issue, yet the problem persists, indicating either incompetence or deceit.
I also recived a call from this number, the person on the other line knew my name and that i had an appointment with Time Warner, but they said it was for my telephone line, which wasnt true, so i cut them off and told them to call me back later
