Apparently it's a genuine cardmember fraud prevention service, namely for CitiBank card, although Caller ID displayed "800 Service" which made me sceptical at first, the automated caller never asked me to input any data, just confirm 5 recent transactions on my CC, which seem legit
It's supposedly the card member Service fraud prevention department, they claim to be calling for Jas, to verify some activity on a Fidelity credit card, but the number they provided to call back seems suspicious, they want you to have the number available when you call them back, you can call them 24 hours a day, but i'm not sure if it's legit.
