I recieved a call on 3-26, informing me that a technician would be visiting between 10 and 12, and provided a callback number, however, when I called the number on 4-7-22, Dish had no record of the appointment.
The caller did not leave any message.
A voice message was left by someone claiming to be Ivan Arevalo, calling from 201-387-7470, offering a discount on my satellite bill and providing an alternate number, 855-531-1839, to call back, which surprisingly led to Mavis Tire at 52 Newbridge Road, Bergefield, NJ.
Although the number appears to belong to Dish Network's customer service, it is crucial to remain cautious due to the possibility of caller ID spoofing by scammers, who may use legitimate numbers to deceive and exploit unsuspecting individuals.
