They call me 2x daily, my phone dont ring when they call but they can leave a voice mail without showing anything on caller id, dont know how they can do that, the message is unintelligible with static background

The call kept saying please hold while they conect me to a representitive, but after several atemps, they said they couldnt conect me and gave me a diferent number to call, which i didnt bother to memorize.
These people are calling twice per month, asking for someone by name who aparently owes $184.47 on their car.
