I contacted Royal Bank and they said they have no company numbers that start with 1-855-XXX-XXXX, so its not Royal Bank, appearently a scam.

Initially, the call goes to a machine, but if you answer, a person will call back asking for payment, supposedly from Royal Bank Visa.
