Expertenmeinung
It looks like the number +18552721211 is a common scam, often impersonating the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Users report receiving calls from this number, claiming to be from RBC Collections, and asking for sensitive information like credit card numbers. However, RBC has confirmed that this number is not affiliated with them. The calls are often relentless, coming at inconvenient times, and sometimes the number doesn’t even leave a voicemail. If you’ve already given out your information, call RBC immediately to cancel your card and request a new one. To avoid falling victim to these scams, never share your financial details over the phone unless you initiated the call to a verified number. Stay vigilant and block any suspicious numbers.
