These scammers have been using Aetna's information to make repeated calls, which are bypassing my block attempts and going straight to voicemail, prompting me to urge Aetna to take responsibility for protecting customer data.
Over the past few weeks, I've received multiple calls from this number, with a woman named Brenda inquiring about our insurance benefits
Apparently, this company is not affiliated with Aetna, they claim to provide in-home health assessments for Aetna clients, but it seem's alot like a scam to me.
The claim that this is Aetna is false; it's an external company offering to set up an in-home health assessment to be billed to Aetna, which seems like a scam to either bill insurance or case homes, and even if legitimate, it's unwelcome and possibly a violation of privacy if Aetna is sharing personal phone numbers without consent.
A message from this number claimed to be from Aetna, offering services we don't use.
They've been calling me multiple times a day, sometimes 3-4 times, and also calling my wife's phone, they claim there's a benifit from Medicare that we may be able to recieve, but we're not interested.

Numerous calls have been received from Aetna and Signified Health, claiming to represent Humana, but upon verifying with my insurance company, no record of these calls was found, and despite requests to be removed from their calling list, the calls continue.
After finaly answeing one of the many calls, the woman claimded to be from Cigna, calling on behalf of Aetna, which seemed suspicious. She wanted to make a house visit, but I declined, and now I'm concernd about how they obtianed my Aetna information.

Aetna has been contacted via this number, but they fail to leave messages and instead hang up; Aetna should address this issue.
It appears this scammer has resumed activity, as evidenced by the multiple calls I have received in recent days, and it is unfortunate that the legitimate Aetna has not taken action to stop them.
