Some lady from Meyers litigation, who claim to be donna, called me stating i owed money from a payday loan like 12 years ago, which is same amount that everyone else is reporting, owed like 1500, would settel for 2 payments of 400 or 3 payments of 350, sound like a tv in the background, i went along with it, but then they transfer me to someone else for payment, which sound sketchy
A call was recieved from a person claiming to be James Jones, stating i took out a loan with Direct cash loans, but i think we was scammed, they got all my info and i paid them $250.
I've received multiple calls from this number recently, leading me to question whether it's a legitimate or scam call.
Despite never having received a loan from Direct Cash, the caller possessed extensive personal information, including full name, email address, and former bank details.
I recieved a similiar call today with a vague timeline about a payday loan and some outdated address information

Upon calling back, they claimed there was a case against me, but the information they provided, including an old email address, outdated physical address, and last four digits of my social security number, was inaccurate. When I questioned them, they became hostile and refused to provide further details, instead threatening to involve the courts. This is undoubtedly a scam.
