After receiving an email about alleged fraudulent activity, I contacted the number on the back of my debit card, and the customer service representative informed me that this number is not associated with Bank of America.
Apparently, the Bank of America fraud department place a hold on your card if there is a transaction from a company they dont recognize, i used my card over the weekend to make a purchase online with a small company and i found out yesterday that my card was on hold when i tried to make a withdrawl at an ATM, all you have to do is call this number or the one on the back of your card and answer a couple of questions.
