I returned a phone message from a person claiming to be from PayPal credit, I told them I didnt have a credit card from them and they said they were not exactly PayPal, but the bank that finances them, Synchrony Bank, the whole thing seemed fishy so I googled the phone number and found out they were trying to make me pay a $100 bill from April 2019.
