Usually, if you dont have to answer the phone, dont bother, just let the call go to voicemail, or use a call blocker/app to avoid wasting your time with unkown callers, they will keep trying if they think they can rip someone off.

It appears my wife was targeted by this number today, with the caller making the same claims that have been reported by numerous others. After she refused to provide my SSI, they threatened to take action, claiming a court case would follow. Tomorrow, I plan to inundate them with calls and also share this number with my friends, encouraging them to do the same and flood their lines.
I experienced a similar call recently.
These peoples have done the same thing, scared my parents and then called me, my lawyer said I should know who I owe and what I owe, any court or complaint will be mailed, I would like to see these peoples get in trouble

They called and said a formal complaint was filed, these peoples are ruthless and frustrating, telling me i took a payday loan out in 2013, wich i didnt, they also asked for my old email adress prior to 2001,
I called this number and talked to somone, they said it was about a payday loan deposited into my checking account in 2011, but i didnt have any payday loan, totaly a scam.
I received an automated message from this number today, which was quite provocative and invited a face-to-face meeting.
A complaint is being filed in court against this number
