I receivded a call and email from this number, they claim to be a nonprofit organization, but it's sketchy because they have my full name, email and phone number, and they say i have only a day before my case is closed, but i'm pretty sure it's a scam

I recieved a call from Anabel Hagopian, who claim to be from the Student-Loan Debt Departmen, they said my student loans are eligble for forgivness, but i have to call them back at 844-205-4551, within one day, or my file will be closed

This is definitly a scam, my husband also recieved an email last week, despite not having any student loans

An individual identifying as Anatollo Stec from the Student-Loan Debt Department claimed they tried contacting me at home without success, stating my student loans are eligible for forgiveness under the new 2023 guidelines, with a case number #29203, and my file will remain open in their system for one more day, requesting a call back at 844-205-4551.
