I started recieving text messages from 8442797762 about 3 days ago, they were asking for my daughter and providing a reference number, i looked it up online and found several scam reports, so i called the number and spoke with someone named Jordan Riley, but it was all a scam

A call was received today, claiming my wife owed a debt of $2,012 from a bank we've never used, and they even had an outdated address from 12 years ago.
A claim was made that a formal complaint had been filed against me, with the threat of further action by local authorities, and I was urged to return the call.

They were tellin me I took out a loan of $250 back in 2012, and thats a complain was filed against me, but when I checked with my bank, no such amount was deposited, so I'm still waitin to see if any letter show up
