A robotic voicemail was recieved to call back, but i googled the number first and glad i did, sound like a scam

Automated message pretending to be from Anthem, requesting verification of my full name as stated. Silence from me led to instructions to return the call at 1 (833) 636-0996 regarding crucial details.

Apparently, someone from Anthem phoned me to discuss some impotant informations, they knew my name but when i called the anthem number on the back of my card, they didnt had any knowledge

Recieved a robotic voicemail from Anthem claiming they needed to discus important information, but it was obvioulsy a total scam and i wont be returning the call.

Multiple calls have been made with a robotic voice requesting more information, but this is not Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, as they call from Richmond, VA, and also send emails

On saturday, I recieve a robot call claiming to be from Anthem, very suspicious

Recieved a call from 978-783-0250, I missed it but got a voicemail, the message was from Anthem and they wanted me to call 833-636-0996, I did, and then they asked me to enter my phone number, but then they said they cant acces my account, I hope I dont mess up and somone steal my number

On Wednesday, 3/3, my phone received a Potential Scam voicemail with a robotic message, which is consistent with other reported cases. I chose not to return the call.

I received a call from this number yesterday, and the caller claimed to be from Anthem. They addressed me by my first name and asked me to call back regarding some 'important information'.

Same thing happend to me, i called back but hang up after a few question.

I recieved a call at 7:15pm PST, and the message was for my wife, supposedly from Anthem, claimin to have important information, so i'll contact them to report this incident, just to be safe.

My experiance was similar to the other callers, a robotic message citing my name asked that I dial a number to discuss "important information", but when I called the real Anthem, they informed me that neither the number I was asked to dial to discuss "important information" nor the number on the caller ID is operated by Anthem, thats a scam for sure, and I reported it to the FTC.

Anthem has confirmed that this is a malicious call.

I recieved a call from this number at 8:30 eastern, which is definitly a scam, since their service department closes at 8 eastern, i will report it to Anthem tomorrow.

Similarly, I got a robotic call from this number, purportedly from Anthem, requesting a callback for 'important information', which appears to be an invalid number.
