I've been receiving strange voice mail messages about a package with a case ID, but I'm not expecting any deliveries
The caller was genuine, representing Fedex ground with accurate shipper and address information, and conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner, which is understandable given our construction site location.
It's worth noting that this number is completly legit, Fedex ground had the correct shipper and adress, the person was polite and profesional, this number is a real FEDEX number for me

A person pretended to be from FedEx regarding an undelivered package.
They claimed to have a package that was undeliverable due to incorrect informations, and ask me to call to verify, but we didnt order anything.
At 8 pm, I received a rambling 2-minute message from a man with a heavy Middle Eastern accent, claiming that he needed to verify my address due to issues with package delivery; it was unsettling, as I am expecting a late package and he seemed to have access to my name and other personal information
A call was recieved from someone claiming to be 'Joe', stating that a package could not be delivered to the business adress, which is suspicious
