This morning i recieved a call from someone claiming to be from American Express, but i dont have no account with them, i gave them a fake name and they seemed to belive me, totaly a scam

As of November, 2022, ive been recieving phone calls from this fake AMEX number, just blocked it now

You should actualy learn the law before giving advise, the SOL afects how long they have to sue you but dont afects debt collecion
