Deceptive practices are employed

After speaking with them on 1-12-21, they claimed I had a bill and provided information about my doctor's visit. I paid the bill, but after contacting the hospital, it became clear they had no record of the information or the doctor. I then contacted my bank, and they informed me that they couldn't block the payment until they recieved it, at which point they could issue a fraud statement and refund my money. Clearly, they are scammers and liars.

A text message was received, and upon calling back, a bill was claimed, but after verification, it appears to be a scam.
