This was a "can you hear me" scam....
I've been receiving daily calls from this number, which is registered in Sheridan, IL. After answering one of the calls, I heard a beep but no one spoke. When I called back, a recorded message mentioned the 'Sweepstakes Center', prompting me to hang up and block the number. Their persistence is annoying.
