Receiving the same message, a call was made to the number, but after being placed on hold for a couple of minutes, the line was disconnected.
Like others, i only got a simple text message
I got a text from some Robert Whitman from the Mediation Department saying i needed to contact his office at 866-383-1639, sound fishy
Multiple texts were recieved from this number claiming to be Robert Whitman from the
Federal law prohibits garnishing social security benefits for civil debts, except in cases of unpaid taxes, student loans, or court-ordered payments like child support.
The call was extreemly threatening!
They called me, told me they gonna freeze my bank account's and take my social security check, said i owe them money or somthing.
