Following a text message from the specified phone number on 3/30/23, claiming to be from Carol Snyder of the Mediation Department, I was instructed to contact her office urgently. Upon calling back, I was demanded to pay $2500 to avoid wage garnishment. However, when I inquired about the debt, its origin, and the hiring company, she couldn't provide the necessary information. After realizing this was a scam, I informed her I wouldn't pay without proper documentation. She then proceeded to hang up on me. This incident is a clear example of an attempt to tarnish someone's reputation through fraudulent means.
Carol Snyder contacted me, as well as my former employers and family members. When I returned her call, she refused to provide any information, demanding I pay $2500 to avoid wage garnishment. I declined, stating I had no knowledge of taking out a loan, and she hung up on me.

I was texted by this number, threatening to garnish my wages, but what's interesting is that my husband received a similar text and I got a call from a different number claiming to be from a mediation department, stating I owed a different amount for the same loan, which seems highly suspicious and likely a scam
Having recieved numerous phone calls and texts, including some to my family members, all urging me to contact the mediation department, is super scarry, especialy since they had alot of my info.
I got a text from 803-274-5330 sayin to call an 833 number, its imperative because its the mediation department, but they dont tell you what company or what is in Mediation, and i dont have any collections or anythin, so i assume its a scam, it even recognized the number with Siri and suggeted i add it to my contacts, her name was Margaret Wells
