Tax Debt Scam Alert! Why That 800‑985‑0671 Call Is a Red Flag

This is an outright scam, but fortunately, refunds are consistently provided

Similar to other reports, automated calls were received claiming to put back tax debt on hold, which appears to be a phishing scam aimed at obtaining personal and financial information.

I recieved a call from a spoofed number which left the above number to call back, afterwards i spoke with several peoples including John, Richard, Daniel, and Tod, all of whom used profanity, insulted me, and refused to disclose the name of their company, exhibitting unprofesional behaviour, completly a scam, beware dont be decieved

I got the same tax fraud call, it makes you wonder why they dont protect us from these scammers

The same thing happend to me as others, a woman left a message asking me to call 800-985-0671, aparently all my tax debt has been forgiven, wich is pretty unlikely

This number is linked to a scam involving back taxes and the IRS

Similar to other experiances, I recieved a prerecorded message from a woman claiming that all past due tax debt has been places in a noncollectible status, meaning I would not have to pay back past due taxes, as part of a new federal program. The message instructed me to call 800 985 0671 from Chamberlain, SD, but I did not respond, as it appeard to be a scam.

Same experiance as everyone else, they left a voicemail about tax debt relief, wich is totaly unrelated to me, obviosly a scammer.

A women called me from +1(516)549-8876, she left a message about a 'suspended past-due tax debt' and told me to call +1(800)985-0671 back.

A call was received from 405-450-9610, with a voicemail instructing me to call 800-985-0671 regarding tax debt forgiveness, which I did not do

I dont know this company, they charge me 29€
